In 2021 Dave Morl and Tom Rajewski, who were business acquaintances for several years, discovered a shared passion for backpacking after retiring from their leadership roles. During a memorable hike along the Foothills Trail in North Carolina in the spring of 2022, they decided to leverage their 60+ years of combined experience by starting a consultancy aimed at helping smaller companies navigate and manage their growth potential. They believe there’s a unique opportunity to make a significant positive impact on the businesses they engage with. Together, they are excited to guide and support companies on their journey to success.
